Sonos Cannot Group Rooms

In the past couple of days i noticed that i could not group speakers from spotify.
Sonos cannot group rooms. All rooms have a group button available. Sonos is behind some of the best multi room speakers on the market but that doesn t mean you won t encounter any problems using them. From the system tab tap group next to the selected room. I was hoping it would start playing again once lights were turned on but i can t find anything about autoplay or similar in options.
Two are paired on one room a third in a another room. A year or so ago i discovered you cannot have sonos and echos in the same multi room audio group. I have 3 rooms grouped together. Quite often i can t seem to group the rooms at all often 2 will join a group but adding the remaining room doesn t work.
To do this press and hold the play button on any sonos speaker to group it with a room that s already playing. However when i arrive to the page the app appears unable to list both rooms so that they can be grouped. I have four sonos speaker set up on same wifi i can stream music to all of them from spotify with no problem. Tap the rooms you want to add to the group then tap done you can also tap everywhere to group all of your rooms.
In the past i was able to invoke the sonos app by pressing the ellipsis then grouping or un group the speaker. In one of the rooms play 1 the toilet i loose power to my sonos every time i turn off the lights. When i select group for one of the rooms it takes me to a separate screen where i should be able to select the two rooms to group. I am able to see all rooms in the rooms list.
From the rooms pane on the left side of the app click the group button next to the selected room. I don t have a boost and have tried changing the wifi channel. I have the same issue with 3 play ones. Here s a guide to some of the most common sonos.
Sometimes none will join a group. It s one of four office. If different music is playing in. In other words for alexa play spotify everywhere it would not be possible to have echos and sonos speakers in the same group.

When i group them all together only the one speaker plays in the stereo pair. Other three are master bedroom dining room and living room and perhaps ironically the only one in the same room as the router.
